Fear not, you can cancel your purchase of a plan within 7 days for any reason. In this case, a full refund, including activation fee when applicable, will be issued as long as no items within the plan are consumed (used). 


After 7 days, or if services are applied within 7 days, you must pay for the services you have consumed at non-discounted a-la-carte pricing or pay the plan in full, whichever is less expensive to you.  In some cases, you may also elect to keep the plan for the rest of the period and simply elect to “do not renew”. 



Can I exchange, upgrade, or downgrade a plan? 


Unfortunately, no. You are unable to change the plan purchased. If a plan was purchased accidentally, the consumer should cancel and purchased the desired plan prior to use.
